Lexus of Huntsville

This 45,000 sf renovation and remodeling project included the showroom, offices, waiting rooms, and garage.

Renovation included replacing concrete flooring to meet the structural requirements of vehicle lifts, garage doors, air conditioning system, the entry to the showroom, doors & windows, demolition of internal walls and existing structures, rebuilding all lower level rooms, and changing the external and internal look of the building to a Lexus proprietary look. The project was performed with Lexus sales and service in full operation.

Immediately after completion of this project, hail caused $500,000 in damage to this and other onsite buildings. LBI was asked to repair the damage under a negotiated contract.
