The New Goodyear store was very detailed and had specific requirements. This building has retail sales and office area, service bays, recessed alignment rack, In-ground auto lifts, full sprinkler fire protection system, dry shake hardened concrete, compressed air and oil at each workstation. The building was completed and turned over to the owner in 180 days. 70 days ahead of the original scheduled.
