Scottsboro Police Department

The scope of this project was to convert the 50 year old Scottsboro City Hall into a New Scottsboro Police Department, City Court, City Jail, and 911 Call Center.

The construction included: asbestos abatement, structural steel framing, cast-in-place concrete, CMU, brick veneer, Modified Bituminous Roof, interior architectural woodwork, EIFS, electronic security systems, security doors, fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems, metal wall and furniture systems, skylights, glass front entry curtain wall system, and upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
