This 25,800 sq.ft. new construction and renovation project consists of: 1)The renovation of an existing 6,000 sq. ft. two-story building for offices, break rooms, training, and restrooms for employees. 2) Addition of 11,800 sq. ft. of new construction for a showroom, parts storage, and service area. 3) Another addition of 8,000 sq. ft. for the service department.
The building design uses structural steel frame for the first floor area, and pre-engineered metal building second floor and service department. The exterior finish included EIFS and metal wall panels.
