MADISON COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT |

Bobby and Joe Lee of Lee Builders, Inc. (LBI) attended a formal dedication ceremony for the Madison County Health Department. Dr. Lawrence L. Robey, Madison County Health Officer stated during the ceremony, "This is the first time that all public health programs operate under one roof." He also praised LBI for their willingness and ability to work with and around excited MCHD employees and both LBI and the architect, JH Partners, for providing a new facility that everyone can be proud of. |

EXCELLENCE IN CONSTRUCTION AWARDS |

Lee Builders, Inc. (LBI) won two ?Excellence in Construction? awards from the Associated Builders & Contractors in 2006. The ABC "Excellence in Construction" award is a nationwide program to publicly recognize quality and innovation in the construction industry. Bruce Lee, VP and Project manager, and Windle Green, Superintendent, accepted the award for LBI in the Institutional $5-10 Million Category for Guntersville Middle School. Shea Thomas, Project Manager, and Pat O?Reilly, Superintendent, accepted the award for LBI in the Commercial $5-10 Million Category for NASA Building 4631. |

HUNTSVILLE MADISON COUNTY JAIL |

Lee Builders, Inc. (LBI) was awarded the Huntsville Madison County Jail contract in September of 2006. This was a competitively negotiated contract for remediation and completion of this new state-of-the-art facility for the City of Huntsville and Madison County. |

GUNTERSVILLE MIDDLE SCHOOL |

Lee Builders, Inc. (LBI) is completing the 87,000 square foot, $9.2 Million Guntersville Middle School this summer. The school uses a unique Geothermal Loop System for economic heating and cooling that involves 98 loops of piping, each going approximately 150 feet into the ground. These pipes conduct heat from the water pumped through them, which in turn aids the heating and air conditioning system in controlling temperature for the school. The architect on this project is SKT Architects, PC. |

This entrance and the South Hall Ballrooms will be enhanced to match the hotel's upscale look and feel. LBI is proud to be the builder chosen by the City of Huntsville for this project. |

The Design-Build approach is a turn-key contract with LBI providing both design and construction services under one contract. Lee Builders, Inc. (LBI) has just begun the Providence Baptist Church in Huntsville. The Sanctuary has exposed structural glue laminated beams and columns, exposed wood ceiling, and Stucco interior walls. LBI assisted the architect, JH Partners Architect, and the owner in Value Engineering efforts to contain costs without sacrificing quality or the integrity of the design. |
